Because of how she held her phone, her and the mystery man's heads were obscured. The mystery man also complimented her outfit, wearing a suit and shoe and holding her waist. Kendall recently divorced her basketball player boyfriend, Devin Booker, which is no longer news. However, he appears to be the one in the photograph.
